Customer Service Week 2025 at Unilin Insulation

From October 6th to 10th, the Customer Service department came together to celebrate Customer Service Week 2025, embracing the theme of connection, appreciation and growth.

The theme this year was “Mission: Possible”, a tribute to the Customer Service Team who tackle
challenges with skill, heart, and determination and continue to make a difference for our customers and each other. Working together, we can turn an unhappy customer into a loyal advocate, an occasional buyer into a repeat customer, and every interaction into a moment of excellence.

Each day was filled with engaging activities such as our hit quiz, ‘Who Wants to be a Unilinaire’ &
The Unilin Card Quest that highlighted the values we uphold and the incredible teamwork that
drives our success. Creativity took centre stage during the week as teams participated in a pumpkin
carving competition. Aidan Doyle had delivered a comprehensive business update, highlighting the department’s achievements and future goals, reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement
and innovation.
