Full Fill Cavity Walls

CavityFill is an enhanced PIR insulation with Agrément declared Lambda value of 0.021 W/mK and an enhanced Euroclass E fire classification. It is faced on both sides with textured foil facing for use as full-fill thermal insulation (with a 10mm residual cavity) in new external masonry cavity walls.

CavityFill achieves passive level U-Values as low as 0.12 W/m2K in traditional cavity widths up to 150mm wide. Building with CavityFill, a residual cavity is maintained, offering excellent protection against wind-driven rain
